I bring Fitness to YOU!
Offering Fitness for the More Mature Woman
One on one Personal Training in the privacy of your home for Women in Midlife, Retired Seniors & Plus Size Women. We will collaborate together in implementing a comprehensive plan that will include – weight training, aerobic/cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility/balance program that is results oriented and customized for you. We’ll utilize 2 to 3 days a week to meet your fitness goals.
One-on-One Personal Training is all about YOU and Includes:
- A Fitness Assessment. So I know where to start you off in your training – I meet you right were you are.
- A Personalized Fitness Plan. I create a fitness plan geared towards your fitness needs. I will motivate and inspire you every step of the way. Coaching you and showing you how to perform and execute each movement properly and safely to get the most out of each movement.
- I travel to YOU! You don’t have to leave the comforts and privacy of your home. I show up at your doorstep and this way you can’t talk yourself out of working out! I hold you accountable!
- And last but just as important – we have FUN!!
