I moved to Hernando County in 2011 with my husband and adult children. Having lived the majority of my life in New England. I have always been into physical fitness and eating healthy. I became a certified personal trainer in 2013 through AFAA with the passion for wanting to help women.
My focus as a personal fitness trainer is working with Women in Midlife, Retired Seniors & the Plus Size woman. By listening to my clients I strive to inspire, help motivate, praise and teach my clients about the benefits of exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. Working with larger size participants who feel intimidated by going to the gym or a senior who may need that extra care or maybe you’re a women in midlife who is experiencing symptoms of menopause and weight gain. I can help you build your physical activity and help get you into shape with great workouts in the privacy of your own home.
I truly enjoy the one on one interaction of personal training. Watching my clients achieve goals that they thought they could never achieve is priceless. I have shared many a high five over little successes from walking a little farther to making a better snack choice. In my field it’s all about the little steps. I’m in my mid 50’s and helping anyone to live a healthier life is important to me. I want everyone to feel good about themselves inside and out.
