I work with the more Mature Client one on one with a primary focus on Women in Midlife, Retired Seniors & Plus Size Fitness for Women. I bring motivation, accountability, consistency and results delivered directly to you at your convenience in the privacy of your home. What I promote is a lifestyle that will result in an overall healthier happier you.
Making the time to get to the gym can be a daunting and sometimes stressful task. That’s why I travel so you don’t have to. I will work with you in the privacy of your home. I’ll work with your exercise equipment. Don’t have any equipment to use….no worries I bring my own to use with you. I want you to have a great experience learning new, engaging and fun ways to become physically active and physically fit. I take the guess work out of the workout session and put together a routine that will work for you and your specific goals. Meeting you right where you are right now in your physical capabilities.

Helping our Retired Seniors live a productive life with functional fitness to help with their activities of daily living is so important. I offer the beautiful more Mature Plus Size Woman the opportunity to have a fitness program tailored just for your needs. My fitness routines are geared from the inactive to the already active based on where you are right now. Over time I will show you how to get the most out of your exercise time so you don’t fall into the stresses of not being able to make your workouts fit into a busy schedule. I will tailor your workout programs so there are no more missed workouts, lack of motivation and a realistic fun approach to your workout routines. Always keeping it simplistic and realistic.
